AUC is instituting an advisory panel that works with the conservation commissions/committees, made up primarily of some members of executive committee and will establish Working Groups, providing guidance and oversight to the AUCs program impact, and provide feedback and dissemination of recommendations when they become available. In addition, working groups will be composed of member organizations, representatives from development agencies, local and international NGOs, and interested governments that serve the purpose of Sharing best practices in development with wider audiences and advocating for improved conservation policies and increased resources among members. This Working Group will be involved in providing feedback on the design and use of the recommendations, particularly in influencing national policies.
